Aims of Illuminate
Illuminate aims to provide subsidised coaching to individuals
- To enable individuals to rebuild their confidence to better support themselves and make sustainable change to improve their lives for the better, through the use of coaching and personal development.
- To relieve mental and emotional barriers for people suffering low self esteem and/or confidence through coaching and counselling support.
- To relieve financial hardship by the provision of free or subsidised support and assistance to persons who, through lack of means, would otherwise be unable to obtain such services.
- Developing the capacity and skills of individuals (who are initially constrained by either or all of the previous three points above) of the community in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society.

How we carry out our aims
Illuminate will offer a programme of 1-2-1 coaching sessions or group training and development to men, women and young adults (16+).
Geographical area of responsibility
It is anticipated that coaching programmes will be carried out with people or through organisations that are locally based in Cambridgeshire. This is to prevent funding being diverted to cover travel costs and ensuring maximum funding can be used directly for the benefit of the people this charity is designed to help.
