Cambridge Women’s Resources Centre Project
Illuminate has successfully bid and won £3000 funding to provide a programme of life coaching for 8 women at Cambridge Women’s Resource Centre.
Funding has been provided by Cambridge Community Foundation and Cambridge City Council through their Safer Communities Grant This project will be delivered and completed by March 2010.
This project will enable 8 women who are either unemployed or in low income work and are disadvantaged to gain access to coaching tools and personal development. These women will work through programme of training and 1-2-1 coaching. They will acquire a range of skills through the training and a personalised development plan through the coaching so as to bring about sustainable personal change that they can use to improve their life situation.
Illuminate will carefully evaluate this project with a view that this project can be delivered for other charitable organisations in the future.
