Are you ready for change and feel motivated to take action, but not sure how?
Do you feel an intensive kick-start of coaching and personal development would benefit you?
If you answered yes to either of the above then good news!
Illuminate Charity has funding for 6 people who are unemployed or on a low income - three one to one personal development sessions each, during Nov 2011 with one of our qualified coaches, in return for a small contribution.
Each person will receive 3 personal one to one coaching sessions over 3 weeks in November with a qualified coach. As a sign of commitment to this and to help Illuminate with its ongoing work we ask for a £10 minimun contribution from you. However if you wanted to donate more, we are always grateful. In return Illuminate will subsidise the rest of the 3 hours of coaching you will receive.
Coaching is a simple yet very effective forward-looking personal development tool. It helps establish a clearer way forward and breaks down those psychological barriers that can limit you in all areas of your life.
You get a safe place to explore what you want and to be listened to fully. You will learn about yourself, acquire strategies and ideas for moving forward plus galvanise yourself into taking action.
All sessions will take place at a central Cambridge location.
